कार्यस्थल: KEZIA MARKETING PVT.LTD

  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:ऑफिस की साफ-सफाई एवं व्यवस्थित वातावरण बनाए रखना।
  • कर्मचारियों एवं मेहमानों को चाय, कॉफी एवं पानी उपलब्ध कराना।
  • ऑफिस के दस्तावेज़, फाइलें एवं अन्य आवश्यक सामान एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान तक पहुँचाना।
  • फोटोकॉपी, प्रिंट एवं स्कैनिंग जैसे छोटे ऑफिस कार्य करना।
  • स्टेशनरी एवं अन्य ऑफिस सामग्री का ध्यान रखना और आवश्यकता होने पर उपलब्ध कराना।
  • बैंक, कुरियर, डाक एवं अन्य बाहरी कार्यालय संबंधी कार्य करना।
  • वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा दिए गए अन्य आवश्यक कार्य समय पर पूरा करना।
  • ऑफिस में आने वाले मेहमानों का विनम्रता से स्वागत एवं सहायता करना।
  • आवश्यक योग्यताएँ:न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता: 10वीं या 12वीं पास।
  • ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार एवं समय का पाबंद।
  • अच्छा व्यवहार एवं संवाद कौशल।
  • शारीरिक रूप से कार्य करने में सक्षम।
  • स्थानीय क्षेत्र की जानकारी होना वांछनीय।
  • कार्य समय:कंपनी के निर्धारित कार्यालय समय के अनुसार।
