Responsibilities

  • Office Maintenance: Moping,Dusting desks, tables, computers, and office equipment, along with ensuring the office, kitchen, and meeting rooms remain clean and organized.


  • Hospitality: Serving and making tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.


  • Clerical Support: Assisting with photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and distributing mail/documents.


  • Errands & Logistics: Running external errands, such as bank visits, courier services, and purchasing office supplies.


  • Support: Setting up meeting rooms and assisting staff with daily tasks.
