Pestilent Pest Control is a professional pest management company committed to delivering safe, effective, and reliable pest control solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to support our growing team.
Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting the sales and service teams, maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in computer applications.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate daily service schedules with technicians.
- Ensure timely execution of all assigned pest control services.
- Monitor job status and update service records.
- Coordinate between the Sales Team and Service Team for smooth operations.
Customer Support
- Conduct customer feedback calls after service completion.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending services.
AMC & Contract Renewals
- Call existing customers for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals.
- Maintain the contract renewal calendar.
- Generate renewal leads for the sales team.
- Follow up until contract renewal is completed.
Data Management & MIS
- Maintain customer database and service records.
- Update Excel sheets, CRM, and office records accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure all service documents are properly maintained.
Accounts Support
- Assist with basic billing and invoice preparation.
- Maintain payment records.
- Coordinate with customers for pending payments.
- Support the accounts team with routine administrative tasks.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain office documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
- Support management with day-to-day operational activities.
- Ensure smooth communication among all departments.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Operations, Customer Support, Administration, Sales Coordination, or Back Office will be an added advantage.
