Production Execution: Manage daily shop-floor activities and shift schedules to meet production targets on time.
Resource Allocation: Assign manpower, raw materials, and machinery efficiently to prevent bottlenecks and minimize idle time.
Quality Compliance: Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensure adherence to product specs, and manage rework or defects.
Inventory Control: Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP), control raw material flow, and reduce material scrap and waste.
Maintenance Management: Partner with engineering teams for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to reduce machine downtime.
- Process Improvement: Apply Lean manufacturing concepts (5S, Kaizen, Kanban) to optimize workflows and reduce cycle times.
