Mudrika Consultancy Services Private Limited is hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee robotics-based heavy-duty machinery operations. The role involves supervising daily production, managing operators, monitoring operational expenses, ensuring preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting basic machine issues to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily machine operations and production.
- Manage shift operators and ensure safety compliance.
- Monitor machine performance and production targets.
- Maintain records of consumables, maintenance, and operational expenses.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with service engineers for major breakdowns.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and smooth machine functioning.
Requirements
- Diploma or Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of automated machinery, PLCs, sensors, or hydraulic/pneumatic systems is preferred.
- Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Salary: 15k - 25k
