Performance Marketing & Social Media Executive

Job Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Create & manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns

• Generate quality leads with low CPL

• Optimize campaigns for better ROAS & conversions

• Setup Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking

• Daily campaign monitoring & performance reporting

• Audience targeting & retargeting setup

• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives

• Analyze campaign data & improve ad performance

Social Media Management

• Schedule & publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other client social media platforms

• Ensure timely posting as per the content calendar

• Write/upload captions, hashtags, tags, and optimize post settings before publishing

• Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives

• Maintain consistency in branding, post quality, and publishing schedules across all client accounts

• Monitor basic post performance and share insights with the team

• Ensure all client accounts remain active with zero missed publishing deadlines

• Stay updated with platform features and best practices for content publishing

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads

• Experience in lead generation campaigns

• Basic knowledge of landing pages & funnel optimization

• Strong understanding of campaign scaling, audience targeting & remarketing

• Experience using Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Publer, Metricool, etc.) is preferred

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube publishing workflows

• Good communication, reporting, and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines

• Agency experience will be an added advantage
