Job Description: Project Manager for managing all Civil Construction/Renovation works of company (Work from office and report to Director of the company and visit sites when needed).

As we expand our operations across Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Bihar, we are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Project Manager to oversee all civil construction and renovation works of the company.

Role Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all civil construction and renovation works of the company. This is primarily an office-based role reporting directly to the Director, with visits to project sites as and when required. The role spans planning, execution, measurement, billing, sub-contractor coordination and documentation across the company’s irrigation and building projects, ensuring accurate measurement, timely billing, and strict adherence to contract specifications.

Key Responsibilities

•    Measurement & Billing: Take accurate site measurements and prepare interim and final bills for clients (government and private) based on the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

•    Sub-contractor Management: Verify and process bills submitted by sub-contractors and vendors.

•    Rate Analysis: Conduct detailed rate analysis for extra items or deviations from the original contract.

•    Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of Measurement Books (MB), Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and material reconciliation statements.

•    Coordination: Work closely with Site Engineers and Project Managers to track work progress against the planned schedule.


Requirements & Qualifications:

•    Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.

•    Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in billing and quantity surveying, specifically within the Building construction sectors.

•    Documentation: Candidates must possess valid experience certificates from previous employers to be eligible.

•    Technical Skills:

–   Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

–   Strong understanding of IS codes and PWD / Irrigation Department Schedules of Rates (SOR).

–   Expertise in Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and material reconciliation.

•    Soft Skills: High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.

•    Mobility: Willingness to travel and stay at project locations across various districts in Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Bihar.
