Job Description
- Quantity Estimation & BOQ: Studying drawings, preparing detailed BOQs, and calculating material/labor quantities (including Bar Bending Schedules - BBS).
- Billing & Certification: Preparing and processing interim Payment Certificates (IPC/RA bills) for clients and subcontractors, including final accounts.
- Material Reconciliation: Conducting monthly reconciliations of material (steel, cement) to minimize waste and ensure proper consumption.
- Rate Analysis & Variation: Calculating rates for extra items, negotiating new rates, and documenting changes.
- Site Coordination: Conducting site visits to verify actual work progress against claimed quantities.
