Job Description

🎯 Job Role & Responsibilities:

Fresh & existing leads par outbound calls karna

  • Residential & commercial real estate projects (Omaxe, Eldeco, Rishita etc.) ka basic introduction dena
  • Customer ki requirement samajhna (budget, location, purpose – investment / self-use)
  • Interested clients ko site visit ke liye convince karna
  • Site visit coordination with sales team
  • Daily calling data & follow-up status Excel / CRM mein update karna
  • Payment plans, offers & basic pricing explain karna
  • Regular follow-ups karna taaki booking conversion ho
  • Senior sales manager ko daily call report dena
