Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to generate property sales, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective buyers, conducting site visits, explaining property features, and closing deals successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms.
- Contact potential clients and understand their property requirements
- Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain client databases
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
