Job Description

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer and manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain customer records and basic data entry
  • Coordinate with sales staff for customer handling and support
  • Manage billing support or guide customers to the billing counter
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Assist in promotional activities and in-store coordination
  • Manage customers and store communication
