Job Description – Telecaller (Loan Recovery)
📍 Location: Indira Nagar, Lucknow
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month
🕘 Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
👨💼 Gender: Male & Female Both Can Apply
🎓 Experience: Fresher & Experienced Candidates Can Apply
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan payments.
Follow up with customers and remind them about due payments.
Negotiate payment schedules and resolve customer queries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls and recovery status.
Coordinate with the recovery team and update daily reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery procedures.
Build positive customer relationships while achieving recovery targets.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Ability to handle customers professionally and politely.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Experience in loan recovery, collections, or telecalling will be preferred.
