Job Description
We are hiring Management Trainees across six specialized business verticals. Candidates will be aligned with a specific track based on their academic background, skill set, and interview performance:
1. Business Development (BD)
Focus: Market expansion, lead generation, and B2B corporate sales.
Key Responsibilities: Identify potential business opportunities, pitch consulting services to corporate clients, and drive revenue growth.
2. Client Relationship Management (CRM)
Focus: Account management, client retention, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, understand their ongoing business needs, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
3. HR Recruiter:
Focus: Talent acquisition, end-to-end recruitment, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities: Source and screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, coordinate recruitment drives, and manage candidate onboarding experiences.
4. Accounts & Finance:
Focus: Financial analysis, reporting, and basic accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing financial statements, managing invoicing, tracking corporate expenditures, and supporting budgeting processes.
5. Digital Marketing
Focus: Brand awareness, social media strategy, and online lead generation.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing social media handles, coordinate running paid ad campaigns (Meta/Google), track website traffic metrics, and create engaging professional content.
6. Travel Management
Focus: Corporate travel operations, vendor management, and logistics execution.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate corporate travel itineraries, manage bookings, handle relationships with hospitality/travel vendors, and optimize travel desk efficiency.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: MBA / PGDM freshers are highly preferred. Fresh Graduates with communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong willingness to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
