Job Title: Retail Showroom Sales & Coordination Executive

Location: Tashreefs Interiors, Lucknow

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain products, materials, designs, and services offered by the company.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads from showroom visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries.
• Coordinate appointments between clients and the design team.
• Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
• Prepare basic quotations and assist in project documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, site teams, and customers for smooth project execution.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely updates on project progress.
• Ensure proper showroom presentation and product display management.
• Support marketing activities and customer engagement initiatives.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
• Prior experience in retail sales, interiors, furniture, modular kitchen, or home improvement industry will be preferred.
• QualificationGraduate preferred (Any Stream).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
