Job Title: Sales Executive – Solar (BookMySolar App)
Location: Lucknow

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving solar adoption and promoting the BookMySolar App. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, site surveys, onboarding customers and vendors, and driving app usage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition & Engagement
- Visit potential customers interested in installing rooftop solar systems
- Educate customers about solar benefits, government schemes, and savings
- Explain how BookMySolar App helps them get the best deal
2. Site Survey & Requirement
- AnalysisConduct basic site surveys (rooftop size, shadow analysis, electricity consumption)
- Collect required data for solar feasibility and quotation
3. Customer Onboarding
- Assist customers in downloading and registering on the BookMySolar App
- Help customers post their solar requirements on the platform
- Guide customers throughout the decision-making process
4. Vendor Onboarding & Management
- Identify and onboard local solar vendors/installers
- Verify vendor details and ensure quality standards
- Train vendors on how to use the BookMySolar App
5. App Promotion & Usage
- Motivate customers and vendors to actively use the BookMySolar App
- Ensure maximum conversion through the platform
- Increase app adoption and engagement in assigned territory
6. Sales Conversion & Follow-ups
- Coordinate between customers and vendors for deal closure
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion
- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
- Key Skills Required:Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic technical understanding of solar (training will be provided)
- Field sales experience preferred (solar/real estate/insurance is a plus)
- Smartphone and app handling skills
- Ability to work independently in field conditions
Qualifications: Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
