Role Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic, street-smart Sales & Marketing Professional to drive our on-ground presence in Lucknow. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for aggressively expanding our market reach, building deep local networks, and converting leads into revenue. If you have a "boots-on-the-ground" mentality and a knack for cracking tough deals, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Market Penetration: Scout and map out high-potential commercial and residential areas across Lucknow (e.g., Gomti Nagar, Hazratganj, Alambagh, Chowk).
  • Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through rigorous cold calling, door-to-door B2B/B2C visits, and on-ground activations.
  • Relationship Building: Establish, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with local business owners, key decision-makers, and community leaders.
  • Negotiation & Conversion: Use your street-smart negotiation skills to pitch products/services, overcome objections, and close deals on the spot.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Gather actionable on-ground feedback regarding competitor pricing, schemes, and market trends, reporting directly to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven field sales and marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, Telecom, Real Estate, or EdTech within the Lucknow region.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of Lucknow’s local demographics, cultural nuances, and business ecosystems.
  • Attitude: A relentless, go-getter attitude with the ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to dynamic situations.
  • Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driver's license for extensive daily travel across the city.
