Job Description
🎯 What This Role Is AboutWe're hiring an Admission Coordinator to drive sales — handling incoming leads, converting them into trial classes, and closing enrollments. You'll be the first human voice every prospective family hears from Notation School.
This is a sales role. If you enjoy talking to people, hitting numbers, and earning what you close — this is for you.
- 📍 Job DetailsLocation: On-site at Lucknow office
- Job Type: Full-time, Contractual
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Reports To: Operations Head
- ✅ EligibilityBachelor's degree (minimum first division) — any stream
- Freshers welcome (no prior experience needed)
- Relieving letter required if you've worked elsewhere before
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English (verbal + written)
🧑💼 What You'll DoLead Management
- Handle incoming leads from Google Ads, social media, and referrals
- Qualify each lead — figure out the right plan for their needs
- Follow up on time, every time
Sales & Conversion
- Call parents and students; explain our music programs
- Walk them through pricing, curriculum, and benefits
- Overcome objections and close enrollments
Trial & Onboarding
- Schedule trial classes for interested students
- Support families through the trial experience
- Guide enrolled students through onboarding
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain CRM (Zoho), Google Sheets, and call records cleanly
- Hand off enrolled students to the Student Coordinator
- Share lead-quality feedback with the marketing team
