We are looking for a Construction Sales Manager who will handle client communication, generate leads through calls, and convert inquiries into sales. This is a non-field role, focused on calling and client coordination.

✅ Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to generate new leads
• Follow up on hot/incoming leads and convert them into sales
• Handle client communication over phone and online meetings
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in construction / real estate sales (preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM or Excel
• Comfortable with calling and target-based work
