Job Description – Real Estate Sales Executive
Company: Amaze Infra Solutions
Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Lucknow
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on property sales leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle negotiations and assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with developers, banks, and legal teams when required.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and marketing.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
