Job Description
Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support customer acquisition and retention.
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts with clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account
