Job Description:
Pacific Habitats India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales for our commercial real estate projects and plazas. The candidate should have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
