Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through online and offline marketing.

Meet homeowners, builders, architects, corporates, and commercial clients.

Promote construction, interior, renovation, and design services.

Conduct client meetings and site visits.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.

Follow up with leads until project closure.

Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.

Build relationships with architects, real estate agents, builders, and channel partners.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Coordinate with project execution teams for smooth handover.

Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking meetings.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong sales and marketing abilities.

Knowledge of construction and interior materials is preferred.

MS Office and CRM knowledge.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.

Experience

Fresher to 5 years in construction, real estate, architecture, or interior sales.

Salary

Fixed Salary: As per company policy.

Travel Allowance (as applicable).

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
