Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand Vieanna Inn’s market presence in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess deep corporate connections, an innate understanding of the local hospitality market, and a strategic mind for brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

 Revenue Generation: Identify, pitch, and secure high-value corporate accounts, travel agents, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) business.

 Strategic Partnerships: Represent Vieanna Inn at local business forums and networking events to build long-term, high-yield professional relationships.

 Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to design seasonal promotions, corporate packages, and tailored group offers.

 Market Analysis: Track competitor pricing, local market trends, and occupancy data to optimize room rates and sales strategies.

 CRM Management: Maintain an accurate pipeline of leads, client profiles, and post-stay feedback to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications

 Experience: 2+ years of B2B/Corporate sales experience specifically within Lucknow's hospitality or luxury lifestyle sector.

 Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, stellar presentation skills, polished communication, and a robust existing network of corporate clients.

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
