Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to drive sales of pipes and stainless steel products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing dealer/distributor networks, handling client relationships, and ensuring timely payment collections through regular market visits.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Conduct regular field visits across Lucknow and nearby regions (within 200 km radius)
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and direct customers
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
Promote company products including SS pipes, fittings, and accessories
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
