Job Description: Sales & Marketing Manager – Architect Channel Location: Lucknow

Role SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants to generate business opportunities for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants.
• Generate new business opportunities through the architect and design community.
• Conduct product presentations and design meetings.
• Identify and onboard new architect partners.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in modular kitchens, furniture, building materials, interiors, tiles, laminates, hardware, or related industries.
• Strong network with architects and interior designers in Lucknow.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and be willing to travel locally.
