**Job Summary:**

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at lead generation, and be adept at building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires close coordination with our tele-calling team to manage day-to-day business leads.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*  Coordinate with the tele-calling team to manage and follow up on daily business leads.

*  Explain the technical aspects of solar panel installation and the negotiation of budgets with potential clients.

*  Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

*  Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

*  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

*  Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

*  Proven experience in a sales and marketing role.

*  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

*  Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex processes clearly.

*  A proactive and results-driven approach.

*  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary and Benefits:**

*  **Salary:** ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Fixed: ₹30,000, Incentive: up to ₹5,000).

*  **Perks:** Overtime pay and sales incentives.
