Job Description
Position: Sales Officer (SO) / Assistant Manager (AM) / Deputy Manager (DM)
Department: Direct Sales Force (Function: CAT-Elite)
Reporting to: Branch Relationship Manager
Education: Graduate (Required)
Job Summary
This role focuses on generating revenue through "Service to Sales." You will manage existing customer relationships to drive productivity and have the flexibility to increase sales through self-sourced HNI (High-Net-Worth Individual) clients.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Build trust via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Use personal milestones (birthdays, policy renewals) to cross-sell or upsell.
Campaign Execution: Perform segmented product campaigns (GLIP, SWP, FWP).
Service Excellence: Handle client service requests and complaints timely; ensure "business hygiene" by maintaining high persistency rates.
Portfolio Reviews: Conduct annual protection reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage.
Experience & Skills (The "Must-Haves")
Experience: Minimum 1 year in selling financial products.
HNI Handling: Prior experience in sales verticals dealing with premium/HNI customers.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
Certifications (Preferred): AMFI or CFP certifications are a big plus.
Gender Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this specific vertical.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales Targets: Achievement of set revenue goals.
Service Quality: Timely resolution of client queries.
Persistency: Controlling vectors like the 13th-month persistency and incident rates.
