Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader who has strong knowledge of CRM Software and team management. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring proper use of the CRM system.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of telecallers/executives.
- Monitor daily team performance and productivity.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Generate and analyze reports through CRM software.
- Train team members on CRM usage and sales processes.
- Follow up on leads and ensure proper lead management.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business targets.
- Resolve team issues and provide guidance when required.
- Requirements:Good knowledge of CRM Software.
- Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle reports, data management, and team coordination.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Target-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
