Senior Sales Manager Construction

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to handle and grow our Scaffolding Rental Business. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, generating business from contractors/builders, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.

👉 This is a critical leadership role, not a regular sales job.

👉 Candidate must have strong experience in B2B field sales and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily activities of the sales team (visits, leads, closures)
• Generate B2B business from builders, contractors, construction companies
• Drive rental sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Approve credit deals and maintain financial discipline
• Handle client escalations and build long-term business relationships
• Ensure proper reporting system (daily updates, site visits proof, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution (delivery, installation)

Required Candidate Profile:

• 4–7 years of experience in B2B field sales (construction/industrial preferred)
• Strong network with contractors/builders will be an advantage
• Experience in handling a sales team and achieving targets
• Good communication, negotiation & leadership skills
• Must be comfortable with field work + team management
• Result-oriented and disciplined approach.
