Butter Story is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our bakery, café, and sweet shop. If you love food, customer service, and team leadership, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations smoothly
Supervise bakery, café, and service staff
Ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service
Handle staff scheduling, inventory, and cash management
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
Manage customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Requirements:
Previous experience in bakery, café, restaurant, or retail management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards
Customer-focused and well-organized
Ability to work flexible hours
