We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, driving audience engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns.

• Content Creation & ManagementCreate and publish daily content for social media platforms.
• Design engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content calendars.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
• Social Media ManagementManage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and Telegram channels.
• Schedule and publish content regularly.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Respond to customer queries and feedback professionally.
• Marketing & GrowthDevelop strategies to increase followers and engagement.
• Run social media campaigns and contests.
• Support paid advertising campaigns.
• Identify trending topics and create viral content opportunities.
• Analytics & ReportingTrack social media performance metrics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Analyze audience behavior and engagement trends.
• Suggest improvements based on insights.
• Brand ManagementMaintain consistent brand voice and identity.
• Ensure all content aligns with company goals and values.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends.

• Required Skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms.
• Knowledge of content marketing and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
• Video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, Filmora).
• Understanding of Meta Ads and social media analytics.
• Creativity and trend awareness.

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management preferred.
• Freshers with strong portfolios can also apply.
