जॉब विवरण – साउथ इंडियन एवं चाइनीज़ कुक

हम अपनी किचन टीम के लिए अनुभवी साउथ इंडियन एवं चाइनीज़ कुक की तलाश कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार को डोसा, इडली, वड़ा, सांभर, चटनी के साथ-साथ फ्राइड राइस, नूडल्स, मंचूरियन और अन्य इंडो-चाइनीज़ व्यंजन बनाने का अनुभव होना चाहिए। भोजन की गुणवत्ता, स्वाद, स्वच्छता और समय पर सेवा सुनिश्चित करना आवश्यक है।

विशेष कौशल (Special Skills):

  • साउथ इंडियन और इंडो-चाइनीज़ व्यंजन बनाने का अनुभव।
  • डोसा बैटर, सांभर, चटनी और चाइनीज़ सॉस की अच्छी जानकारी।
  • वोक (Wok) कुकिंग और हाई-फ्लेम कुकिंग तकनीकों में दक्षता।
  • स्वाद, गुणवत्ता और फूड प्रेजेंटेशन पर विशेष ध्यान।
  • फूड सेफ्टी और स्वच्छता (Hygiene) के नियमों का पालन।
  • टीम के साथ मिलकर तेज़ और व्यवस्थित तरीके से कार्य करने की क्षमता।
