Job Description
Nursing Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including administration of medications, monitoring of vital signs, and assistance with daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting nursing interventions, treatment plans, and patient progress in compliance with clinical standards.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures, surgeries, and emergency interventions, ensuring readiness of equipment and adherence to protocols.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, medication adherence, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of patient care areas, strictly following infection control and hospital hygiene protocols.
- Continuously monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes or complications to the concerned medical team.
- Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development programs to stay updated with current nursing practices and healthcare advancements.
- Adhere to hospital policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ethical guidelines while delivering patient care.
