Job Description

The Accounts Assistant will support the accounts team in preparing and filing Income Tax Returns (ITR), Goods & Services Tax (GST) returns, and assisting in the finalization of accounts. The role requires knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and proficiency in relevant software.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.
  • Support in compiling and filing Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies.
  • Assist in the preparation and finalization of accounts as per statutory requirements.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audits.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers.
  • Assist in TDS calculation and filing of TDS returns.
  • Work with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or others) for data entry and reporting.
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for timely compliance.
