• Performance Tracking: Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to ensure individual and team productivity remains high.
• Customer Engagement: Ensure ethical selling practices and high service standards, resolving customer queries to maintain the brand’s reputation.
• Operational Reporting: Maintain a robust business pipeline and submit data-driven reports to senior management.
• Key RequirementsExperience: Generally requires 1–3 years in insurance or banking sales, though senior roles demand significantly more expertise.
