Job Title: Technical Recruiter (IT Recruitment)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and clients to fulfill staffing requirements within defined timelines while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for Contract and Permanent IT positions.
• Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, GitHub, X-Ray Search, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiation, documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates for current and future requirements.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS, MIS, and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up regularly with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Achieve recruitment KPIs including submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and current hiring trends.

• Required Skills1–5+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent positions.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical terminology.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and Boolean Search.
• Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MBA, or related field.
