Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain company products and services to customers.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain call records and update customer details in the database/CRM.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
