Job Description

Outbound/inbound calls to promote residential, commercial properties and company schemes.

Understanding customer budget, location preferences, and property type needs.

Explain property details, pricing, locations, amenities, and investment benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.

Schedule site visits / meetings with sales executives or brokers and ensure timely follow‑ups.

Maintain and update a lead database with call notes, status, preferences, and next follow‑up dates.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align calls with current launches, offers, and campaigns.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling, lead, and site‑visit targets set by the organization.
