Job Description

Telecalling & Sales Executive – Real EstateJob SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Telecalling & Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining property details, generating leads, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales.

  1. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
  • Generate new leads and identify interested buyers.
  1. Customer Interaction

  • Explain project details such as location, price, amenities, and payment plans.
  • Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about properties.
  1. Follow-ups

  • Maintain regular follow-up calls with interested clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  1. Site Visit Coordination

  • Schedule property site visits for interested clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client visits.
  1. Sales Conversion

  • Convince potential buyers and assist in closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
  1. Data Management

  • Maintain customer records and call details in CRM or Excel.
  • Update lead status and sales progress regularly.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of real estate properties
  • Ability to handle customer objections
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools)
  • QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • 0–2 years experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
