• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain Mutual Fund & Stock Broking services.
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with interested clients.
• Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• RequirementsStrong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English knowledge preferred.
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to learn financial products and market-related services.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
