Job Description

Call Execution: Make outbound calls to prospects and receive inbound calls from customers.

Sales & Pitching: Explain product features and benefits, answer questions, and close sales using persuasive communication.

Lead Tracking: Follow up on potential leads and update the company’s database with call outcomes.

Support: Address customer queries, handle complaints, and direct complex issues to the appropriate department.
