• Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
• Generate leads and maintain customer databases.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Keep proper records of calls and update CRM.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English/regional language.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales preferred.
• Confident, patient, and result-oriented personality.
