- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
- Generate leads and maintain customer databases.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Keep proper records of calls and update CRM.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English/regional language.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales preferred.
- Confident, patient, and result-oriented personality.
