Telecalling Executive

Job Overview:

Sushain Clinic is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle patient inquiries, generate leads, and schedule appointments. The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and should have excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Provide information about clinic services, treatments, and offers

• Convert inquiries into appointments and visits

• Maintain and update patient data and call records

• Follow up with potential and existing patients

• Resolve basic queries and escalate issues when required

• Coordinate with clinic staff for appointment scheduling

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Confident, polite, and patient-friendly attitude

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)

• Ability to handle calls and multitask efficiently

• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
