Telecalling Executive (Female)

We are loooking for telecalling Executives for our organization, A candidate with earlier experience in telecalling or data sourcing with good communication may apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.
• ¢ Explain the company's Solar Products & Services.
• ¢ Generate and qualify customer leads.
• ¢ Schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
• ¢ Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• ¢ Maintain daily call records and customer database.
• ¢ Update CRM/Excel with customer details.
• ¢ Send quotations, brochures and company proles through WhatsApp and Email.
• ¢ Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Project teams.
• ¢ Resolve basic customer queries.
• ¢ Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
• ¢ Prepare Daily Call Reports (DCR).

• ¢ Female Candidates Only.
• ¢ Minimum 12th Pass.
• ¢ Graduate preferred.
• ¢ Freshers are welcome.
• ¢ Good communication skills in Hindi.
• ¢ Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
• ¢ Good telephone etiquette.
• ¢ Basic computer knowledge.
• ¢ MS Excel, MS Word and Email knowledge.
• ¢ WhatsApp and Internet usage knowledge.
• ¢ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• ¢ Customer-friendly personality.
