Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives for Business Loan products
- Drive team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor daily performance and provide guidance for improvement
- Ensure proper customer handling and high-quality service delivery
- Source new business through open market, connectors, and referrals
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews
- Maintain strong relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines
- Track market trends and competitor activities
