Job Description

A Telesales Executive is responsible for calling potential customers, explaining products, generating interest, closing sales, and maintaining proper follow-ups and records. Responsibilities:

1. Customer Calling & Lead Generation πŸ“ž

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Introduce and explain company products or services.
  • Generate interest and identify customer requirements.

2. Sales Conversion πŸ’°

  • Persuade customers to purchase products or apply for services.
  • Handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns.
  • Convert interested prospects into confirmed sales.

3. Lead Follow-up πŸ”

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers.
  • Maintain communication until the deal is closed.
  • Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.

4. Customer Relationship Management 🀝

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide accurate product/service information.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience.

5. Data Entry & Record Management πŸ“Š

  • Update customer information in CRM or company records.
  • Maintain call logs, follow-up details, and sales status.
  • Keep the database organized and updated.

6. Target Achievement

  • 🎯Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain required call volume and conversion ratios.
