Job Description
A Telesales Executive is responsible for calling potential customers, explaining products, generating interest, closing sales, and maintaining proper follow-ups and records. Responsibilities:
1. Customer Calling & Lead Generation π
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce and explain company products or services.
- Generate interest and identify customer requirements.
2. Sales Conversion π°
- Persuade customers to purchase products or apply for services.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns.
- Convert interested prospects into confirmed sales.
3. Lead Follow-up π
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Maintain communication until the deal is closed.
- Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
4. Customer Relationship Management π€
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide accurate product/service information.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
5. Data Entry & Record Management π
- Update customer information in CRM or company records.
- Maintain call logs, follow-up details, and sales status.
- Keep the database organized and updated.
6. Target Achievement
- π―Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain required call volume and conversion ratios.
