 About the Role :Star Health is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our health insurance policies, and closing the sale by collecting payments.

 Key Responsibilities :* Calling prospective clients.* Explaining Star Health insurance policies and benefits in detail.* Address customer queries and concerns effectively.* Ensure smooth policy issuance and payment collection.* Maintain client relationships for future cross-selling opportunities.

 Requirements :* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* Experience/Fresher & Graduate both are eligible.* Strong sales and negotiation abilities.* Experience in field sales/client-facing roles are only eligible (Minimum 6 months of on paper experience is required).* Ability to handle objections and close deals independently.* Presentable and confident in customer interactions.
