Job Description
Make outbound calls to residential and commercial customers for solar panel installation services
• Explain benefits of solar systems and convince customers for installation
• Generate leads and schedule customer meetings/site visits
• Follow up with interested customers regularly
• Maintain customer call records and update lead status
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Coordinate with sales/technical team for customer requirement
