Job Description

Telesales Executive – Job DescriptionLocation: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Experience Required: Telesales Experience Mandatory

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally
  • Explain company products/services to customers
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Maintain customer database and follow-up records
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Build good relationships with clients through effective communication
  • Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
  • Prior experience in telesales is mandatory
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
  • Ability to handle customer queries confidently
