Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive who will handle inbound and outbound calls, nurture leads, and convert prospects into qualified site visits and confirmed clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and a professional approach toward customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and campaigns. 

- Handle inbound inquiries regarding interior design, construction, and real estate services. 

- Explain company services, pricing concepts, and value propositions clearly to prospects. 

- Qualify leads and schedule meetings/site visits for the sales or design team. 

- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Odoo / TeleCRM or company tools). 

- Follow up with warm and cold leads regularly to improve conversion rates. 

- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to improve lead quality and scripts. 

- Achieve weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.



Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1–3 years experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales. 

- Strong Hindi communication skills; basic English understanding preferred. 

- Experience in real estate, interior design, construction, or service-based sales is an advantage. 

- Confident voice tone with negotiation and objection-handling skills. 

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets.
